No deposit is required. I only take payment once the clean has been completed.
I accept bank transfers, cash and I have a card machine for ease. I do not accept cheques.
I cover Plymouth, East Cornwall, Exeter and Exmouth.
I ask for the rooms to be as clear as possible. I can move lighter furniture, but can not move heavy items such as wall units and wardrobes etc. Please remove any breakables or sentimental items to prevent unwanted damages.
Each job is bespoke so are priced individually, but I try to give a good value for money experience for each customer.
Absolutely ‘Yes’. I only use the best environmentally friendly products.
Drying times vary depending on the fabric, material and room. If necessary I can leave a turbo fan behind (and collect the next day) to aid drying times. Typically carpets take around 2 hours to dry.
I have up to £10 million public liability insurance.
I will try my best to remove all stains, but this is dependant on the type of stain involved and the type of carpet fibres. I carry a wide range of stain removers with me, but unfortunately, some stains are permanent or can only be reduced.
